My daughter has learnt a lot during the two years in your institute, she has gained knowledge about management, different aspects of life and most importantly, how to handle stress and pressure. Various activities in the institute like Kshitiz, Hawan, Foreign tour, Seminars etc. induced lots of qualities like self confidence, decision making, innovation and lots more which cannot be put in words. Today my daughter is confident enough and leading towards her goals, and we will never forget the services that were given to my daughter.
The college is also very strict about the class attendance which should be 85% which all the more makes the students serious towards attending classes and not wasting their precious time in the canteen or by sleeping in the hostel.
This is to inform you that my ward Sunil Kumar Dubey has successfully done two years of PGDFM course from your institute. The Institute has helped him in making of an intelligent, self-dependent, quick decision maker and a smart professional. Now he is capable to take the responsibility and has the caliber to handle the pressure and take the challenges of the corporate. It is made possible after spending two years in your Institute.
Over the time my son has became more and more interested in the field of corporate management, trying to implement his skills and knowledge which he had acquired during his tenure in Ishan and also from experimentation and independent study. He has shown repeatedly that he is more profoundly dedicated and responsible. The course material and the various activities at the campus have proved to be a boon for my ward.
The culture at the college has made him more sensible and spiritual. The yoga classes and sports events have made my ward physically fit. The college has not only focused on the academics but on the overall personality development.

The institute has successfully maintained the pluralistic culture in the campus among the students of different regions and sub-regions. The students have been motivated to know about the practical aspects of life. Away from home and to handle challenges of day to day life that too for a girl student has always been a difficult task. The Ishan has made this task easier. My daughter is one of the examples of the same.

My Ward Himanshu Gupta is a student of your institute and I would like to mention that he has changed a lot during his two years programme. Now he behaves like a more responsible individual as prior joining the institute he was not focused about his career but now the situation is completely opposite. In the beginning he found it very difficult to manage all the activities but I told him not to lose his patience and then soon he got settled and was keen to learn everything which came in front of him. As he completed his B-tech I wanted him to go for further studies, then he opted for your esteemed institute, which has sharpened his managerial skills.
After joining your Institute, I have noticed several changes in my son's daily life, like wake up on time, the way he approaches his responsibilities towards the family and has became a good human being.
